Fees, eligibility and refunds
Last updated: 14 October 2026
There is no revenue cap. Any independent restaurant may apply. The fee is ₹0 on the first ₹1,00,000 of sales in each calendar month, then ₹0.20 for every ₹1,000 (₹20 for every ₹1 lakh) of sales above that allowance, capped at ₹10,000 per outlet per financial year (April–March).
“Sales” means net bill value: the bill total after discounts and free items, without GST, excluding cancelled and refunded bills. Sales are counted when a bill is settled. The monthly allowance resets at 00:00 IST on the 1st. The allowance and the cap apply per outlet.
Message charges (₹0.50 per WhatsApp bill; ₹1 per marketing message on WhatsApp or email) apply to all restaurants and are published on the Pricing page. Changes are notified 30 days in advance.
Onboarding is a one-time fee of ₹4,999 (₹5,898.82 charged, including 18% GST). It includes phone and WhatsApp support for 12 months from the day your account is activated. Your GST invoice follows by email, within 30 days of your payment. Refunds: if we do not accept your application, or you withdraw it before your account is activated, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method. Refunds usually reach you in 5–7 working days. Once your account is activated, the onboarding fee is not refundable. Support after the first 12 months is optional, costs ₹1,999 a year, and does not renew without your confirmation. Prices exclude 18% GST. It’s shown on your GST invoice, and GST-registered restaurants claim it back as input tax credit.
Our refund rule. We refund a payment only when the service it paid for was not provided in its entirety. That is why the onboarding fee comes back in full if your account is never activated, and why it is not refunded once your account is live. The yearly support renewal (₹1,999) is not refundable once the support year has started. The monthly usage fee is worked out from the sales you actually billed, so it is not refundable.
Wallet. Your prepaid wallet pays for WhatsApp bills, marketing messages and the usage fee. Top-ups carry no GST; 18% GST is added when the balance is used, and it is shown on your monthly GST invoice. Unused wallet balance is not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or, at our discretion, when you close your account.
Mistakes and failed services. If you are charged twice for the same thing, we refund the extra payment. If we charge for a message that was not sent because of a fault on our side, tell us and we put the charge back in your wallet. If the money left your account but the payment did not reach us, it is returned automatically by your bank or by Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
How to ask for a refund. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 96258 87090 with your restaurant name and the payment date. We reply within 2 working days. Refunds we agree go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days, and we issue a GST credit note for the refunded amount.
