Is there a setup fee?

No. Zero setup fee, zero onboarding fee. You pay for the plan and that's it. We handle menu import, tablet provisioning, and team training, all included.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, any time. Upgrade takes effect immediately; downgrade applies at your next billing cycle. No lock-ins beyond your current paid period.

What about my existing hardware?

Dhaba runs on any Android tablet (7" or larger) and most Epson / TVS receipt printers. If you're coming from PetPooja or Posist, there's a 95% chance your hardware just works.

How does billing work across outlets?

One invoice per restaurant group, per month. Add or remove outlets any time, prorated. GST invoices available by default.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. 15% off for annual prepay on Mini and Pro. Max is annual by default with volume pricing at 10+ outlets.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You own it. Full CSV + SQL export any time, no questions asked. We keep data for 90 days post-cancellation, then purge.
