Methodology notes. Pricing reflects each vendor's lowest-advertised annual rate per outlet (GST extra) for a 2-outlet dine-in restaurant. PetPooja's entry "Core" plan lists at ₹10,000/outlet/year; reaching functional parity (CRM, WhatsApp marketing, QR ordering, KDS) pushes most operators to its ₹20,000–₹30,000 tiers. Posist / Restroworks is quote-only at roughly ₹3,000+/outlet/month (~₹36,000/year) plus a ₹10,000–₹25,000 implementation fee. "Legacy POS + add-ons" sums a typical legacy-POS license, a standalone CRM (WebEngage, MoEngage tier), a separate QR vendor, and a WhatsApp business tool.
