Dhaba.ai is built in India for independent restaurants. The first ₹1 lakh of sales every month is free, then ₹20 per lakh, never more than ₹10,000 a year. Here’s who we are and how it works.
Why this exists
Walk into any busy restaurant at lunch and you meet owners who know every regular by name, yet lose money in places they can’t see: a cancelled bill, a discount given without asking, stock that runs out. Many also pay a software licence every year, good month or bad. We think software should earn its keep from the sales it helps you make. So Dhaba.ai charges by sales: a slow month costs nothing for software, and a busy year never costs more than ₹10,000 per outlet. When a small owner opens it, we want them to feel in control, not sold to: an honest counter, a kitchen that knows what to cook, and the day’s numbers on their phone.
One product. Everything included.
Three things we won’t do.
- Add a licence fee later — for anyone, at any revenue, in the middle of a year
- Charge to unlock a screen you already use
- Put a sales call between you and the product
How our business works.
We earn a small margin on messages you choose to send. We don’t sell your data and we don’t show your customers anyone else’s ads.
Onboarding is ₹4,999 once and includes a year of phone and WhatsApp support. After that, support is ₹1,999 a year if you want it.
Prices exclude 18% GST. It’s shown on your GST invoice, and GST-registered restaurants claim it back as input tax credit.

We are a small team, and we plan to stay that way. Money we don’t spend on salespeople is money you don’t have to pay us.
